Delivery Policy
All orders placed with Trini Retail / India Expo (SIE Services Ltd.) are shipped from our warehouses in Trinidad to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days after payment confirmation.
- Each order can only be shipped to one address. To deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders addressed to P.O. Boxes will not be delivered.
- A tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.
- If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be marked undeliverable.
- Customers may contact the courier directly with the tracking number to arrange further action.
Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value for delivery is TT$100.
Orders below TT$100 must be collected from the nearest Trini Retail / India Expo outlet.
Delivery Charges
- Some items qualify for free delivery.
- Other items may include a delivery charge depending on your location and delivery speed requested.
Deliveries to Tobago
- We deliver to Tobago through our logistics partners.
- Duties and taxes may apply on shipments to Tobago, as determined by customs regulations.
- Our courier partner will clear goods through customs and, if applicable, pay duties/taxes on your behalf.
- Customers will receive a separate invoice for these charges upon delivery. Payment must be made directly to the courier before the order can be handed over.
- If the customer refuses to pay duties/taxes, the courier may withhold delivery. In such cases, Trini Retail / India Expo (SIE Services Ltd.) is not responsible for non-delivery or refunds.
