/ Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy

All orders placed with Trini Retail / India Expo (SIE Services Ltd.) are shipped from our warehouses in Trinidad to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Each order can only be shipped to one address. To deliver to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Orders addressed to P.O. Boxes will not be delivered.
  • A tracking number will be provided via email or WhatsApp once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be marked undeliverable.
  • Customers may contact the courier directly with the tracking number to arrange further action.

Minimum Order Value

The minimum order value for delivery is TT$100.

Orders below TT$100 must be collected from the nearest Trini Retail / India Expo outlet.

Delivery Charges

  • Some items qualify for free delivery.
  • Other items may include a delivery charge depending on your location and delivery speed requested.

Deliveries to Tobago

  • We deliver to Tobago through our logistics partners.
  • Duties and taxes may apply on shipments to Tobago, as determined by customs regulations.
  • Our courier partner will clear goods through customs and, if applicable, pay duties/taxes on your behalf.
  • Customers will receive a separate invoice for these charges upon delivery. Payment must be made directly to the courier before the order can be handed over.
  • If the customer refuses to pay duties/taxes, the courier may withhold delivery. In such cases, Trini Retail / India Expo (SIE Services Ltd.) is not responsible for non-delivery or refunds.

Returns & Refund Policy

At Trini Retail / India Expo (SIE Services Ltd.), we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you in accordance with the following policy:

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags.
  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened for the first time. This is mandatory to verify the claim.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Perishable goods, personal care products, and intimate items.
  • Clearance, sale, or final-sale items.

Return Process

  • Contact our Customer Service team within the 7-day return period.
  • Provide your order number and the unboxing video (for defective/damaged/incorrect items).
  • Once approved, items may be returned to your nearest India Expo outlet or shipped back to our return address (shipping costs may apply unless the item was defective or incorrect).

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 7–14 working days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
  • Delivery fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • For Tobago deliveries, any duties/taxes paid to the courier must be claimed directly with the courier, subject to their policies.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be offered if the replacement item is in stock.
  • If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued in accordance with the above policy.

Important Notes

  • Unboxing Video Requirement: Claims of damage, missing items, or incorrect orders will not be processed without an unboxing video.
  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet our policy requirements.
