1. User Agreement

By using India Expo, including any subdomains or web pages, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions as well as all applicable rules and policies.

SIE Services Ltd. reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and shall be effective upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to any user found in violation of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

• India Expo may only be used by individuals who can form legally binding contracts under the laws of Trinidad & Tobago.
• Minors (under 18), persons of unsound mind, or insolvent individuals are not eligible to register or transact.
• If you register on behalf of a business entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.

3. Registration & Communication

• You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when registering or making purchases.
• You authorize us to contact you via phone, WhatsApp, email, or other electronic means for order confirmations, updates, and service-related information.
• India Expo is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

4. Orders & Payments

• All prices are listed in TTD (Trinidad & Tobago Dollars) unless otherwise stated.
• Payments must be made using approved payment methods, including direct bank transfer to SIE Services Ltd. accounts at First Citizens Bank or Scotiabank T&T Ltd.
• Customers must send proof of payment via WhatsApp to 1 (868) 331-8491 for verification.
• Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
• Payment on Delivery may be offered for certain orders within Trinidad & Tobago (cash or POS on request).

5. Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2 working days after payment confirmation.
• Deliveries are made via our logistics partners or reputable courier services.
• Each order can only be shipped to one address. Multiple addresses require separate orders.
• Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. Failed deliveries may be marked as undeliverable.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• Deliveries to Tobago may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by customs. These must be paid directly to the courier before delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy conditions.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Unboxing Video Requirement: Claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will not be processed without an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–14 working days after inspection.

7. User Obligations

• Do not misuse the website for unlawful purposes.
• Do not upload, post, or share harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to manipulate prices, commit fraud, or engage in unauthorized access to India Expo systems.
• Do not post advertisements, promote third-party businesses, or engage in spamming through our platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, product images, and content displayed on India Expo are the intellectual property of SIE Services Ltd. or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

India Expo is a platform that facilitates purchases between customers and our company. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, customs clearance, or natural disasters.

Our liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the transaction in dispute.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SIE Services Ltd., its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of India Expo or breach of these Terms.

11. Privacy

Your use of India Expo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and safeguard your personal data.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Trinidad & Tobago. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad & Tobago.
